JIRA Reporting query

Hi All

I have a specific reporting query.

I want to retrieve on a weekly basis how much time my developers (say 10 of them) have spent (or logged) on various issues (issues may be in different projects).

How do i achieve this?

Basically i want to find out whether my developers are loaded enough or not.

Thanks for your comment Rambanam however none of the plugins resolves my issue. Any more ideas you have?
