JIRA Redmine Importer Plugin Error

Hi,

I try to import project from Redmine to JIRA but after selecting Redmine project and want to proceed to the next step (Custom Fields mapping) I get this error:

Cause

My environment setup:

JIRA: v7.5.0#75005

Jira-importers-plugin v7.1.32

Redmine Importers Plugin for JIM v2.1.6

Redmine version: 1.4.0.stable

Am I doing somtehing wrong ? Thank you for help

Problem solved, there was a bug in the original code in Redmine.

Hi Stanislav,

I found a couple post that address this issue.  One is titled  Error migrate From redmine and one user found

the issue id mentioned in the error was not accessible from Redmine itself.

Do you see any issues/projects in particular that Redmine is providing an error about?  Let us know and possibly provide the lines prior to the ones you posted and the remainder of the stack trace.

Hi Branden,

I was searching quite a lot, but didn't find this specific problem been discussed. I can see in Redmine all the issues in the project, no error.

I tried to add here the whole related part from log file, but there is an error popping up, so I cannot send it ??? Too long text (38962 characters) ?

Hi,

I tried now the REST API of Redmine

https://redmine.datalan.sk/redmine/projects.json - will return correct result

https://redmine.datalan.sk/redmine/issues/25.json - will return correct result

but

https://redmine.datalan.sk/redmine/issues.json - return error 500 (csv or pdf works fine)
