JIRA Performance issue support


There's peformance issue on our servers, which is causing that JIRA responds very slow and we must restart the server almost every week.

We didn't find anything in our log files, which could lead us to solving the issue.

Therefore we considering Third-party monitoring tool, which can help us (JProfiler, AppDynamics).

Is there any Atlassian support option on this ? Let's say, if it's possible for them(you) to solve issues on client side.

Are there any hints of an out of memory error in your logs? Did you try to increase the memory (XmX parameter)?

Yes, we resolved an issue with RAM before this ever appeared.

It seems that it's more specific issue, therefore help from Atlassian guys would be appreciated.
