I have been using User Properties to store specific user information such as telephone, address and cell number. Currently, it appears only Admins have visible access to this information. How can I modify the system so that selected internal users could view the telephone or other contact data?
We are using JIRA as an external support/ticket system and would only want internal support consultants to view the data and not client side users.
It's not possible to share this info outside the administrators group, but there is an existing feature request for this functionality that you can watch to stay up to date on it's progress, as well as vote/comment on to help raise the visibility and priority.
