Following https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA060/Migrating+from+JIRA+OnDemand+to+a+JIRA+Installed+Site

 

I face that the OD Version "6.4od-07004 Build 64005" is newer than the one I can download, and it seems that theis is no "OD" download as for Confluence. The import seems fine, but there is a feature warning.

Is it possible to download a JIRA OD version that complies with the one that is used OnDemand?

You can ignore the warning. It is fine to migrate into the latest version of Confluence server.
