Yes, you can. But JIRA follows a hierarchical autentication system, creating a list of available authentication directories. If it founds the necessary information on the first option, it'll use that information and will not proceed to the next one. Example""
1-JIRA users
2-Active Directory
3-CAS
If you store the user authentication into Internal authentication and on CAS too, but JIRA finds the required user data into JIRA Internal system, it'll never look forthis data into your CAS server.
