I have a case with issues and subtasks. When a user is getting a mail from a subtask he get the key from the subtask and the key from the parent issue in the mail subject.
Somthing like: [jira] (IT-456) | (IT-457)
Now when he answer jira should comment the answer in the issue and in the subtask to.
Is this possible with jira without an automation script?
In my case Jira only comment at the subtask.

The mail handler will look for the first issuekey and the second one no.
For this reason, you would need to use some automation, to comment both tickets.
