Hi JT,

This problem perhaps could be related to the JIM version compatibility issue. Can you kindly what is the version of the current JIM plugin? And also, you may check if there's any JIM plugin .jar file in the $JIRA_HOME/plugins/installed-plugins directory.

If there's any JIM .jar file in the home directory, can you try to remove it and restart JIRA, and see if it helps?

Cheers,

Ahmad

Ahmad,

The JIM version is 4.3.3.

There is a JIM jar file in the $JIRA_HOME/plugins/installed-plugins directory - jira-importers-plugin-4.3.3.jar

Hi JT,

The stack trace provided seems to indicate that the cause of the issue might be due to the JVM installed. Could you please try to upgrade your JDK and see if the problem persist.

Hope it helps.
