JIRA Import from Trello fails

Luke Brewerton October 8, 2018

I am trying to import a board from Trello to JIRA Software.

It always fails with the following error:-

I am not sure what in my Trello cards is causing it to fail? I use labels and comments in Trello, not sure if these are what is causing it to fail?

Maybe it is a bit too late but I believe this can better be handled in a support ticket.
