JIRA - How to edit a resolve and close screen

One of our JIRA admins stated: I am able to customize the issue create and edit screen but not the resolve and close screen

How do they go about doing this?

Look at the workflow to identify the name of the screen in use on the "resolve" transition.  Once you have the name of the screen, you can edit it from the list of screens, or by clicking on it in the workflow editor.
