Hi,
I have a help desk configuration set up and the end goal is that a customer never has to log in to view the task as it would just show up in their email inbox.
When I went to add an attachment it added a thumbnail to the thread and when the customer clicked on it, they were re-directed to log in versus just expanding the image.
Is there a easy way to add an image that doesn't require customers to log in to expand the image?
