JIRA Fails to run: Timer-1 ERROR [internal.dependencies.startup.DependencyWaiterApplicationContextExecutor]

Hi All

Our instance of JIRA has suddenly stopped working. When I look in

jira300512101116-stdout.2014-03-20.log

I see the following::

How do I resolve this.....?????

How do I trouble shoot the failure????

For some reason the importers plugin had become disabled. I think there were dependencies related to this causing the error above. Anyway I re-enabled it and the error went away.

How do you do that?
