JIRA Error when viewing Agile board

Some projects have this error after I changed their field config schemes for their project:

Error

com.atlassian.jira.exception.DataAccessException: org.ofbiz.core.entity.GenericDataSourceException: SQL Exception while executing the following:SELECT ID, PROJECTCATEGORY, PROJECT, customfield, FIELDCONFIGSCHEME FROM configurationcontext WHERE FIELDCONFIGSCHEME=? (IO Error: Connection timed out)

 

This error pops up on the screen.  Anyone have any idea why?

The problem went away after disabling and then renabling the JIRA Agile plugin.
