JIRA Enterprise License Upgrade

Hello everybody,

We have a JIRA enterprise license for 2000 users incl. Capture and Agile.

We would like to update our system to 10000 users.

The table on this page shows that the new version would cost only 4000 $ more than our current installation incl. new licenses for Capture and Agile.

But if I click on "upgrade" and login with our account and click on 10000 users, the total amount for new licenses is 16000 $.

Does that mean that we have to pay 16000 $ for a price difference of 4000 $ in reality?

We do not want to extend our maintenance period. We only want an upgrade within our current maintenance timespan.

Are there any other possibilities?
