JIRA On Demand – I have a person who wants an email notification when a ticket is created. This is only for certain components. This person is not the component lead. Is there any way to do this?
Doesn't look like I can make more than one person the component lead either.

create a filter like this:
created > -5m and component ="Your Component"
Then the person needs a filter subscription (don't check "Email this filter,even if there are n issues found") for this filter with following cron expression
0 0/5 * * * ? *
so every time an issue for this component is created he will recieve an email that there was an (or more) issue(s) created within the last 5 minutes.
