We have currently a 100 JIRA CLOUD user license subscription and we are needing 30 more. Do we have to upgrade to a 101 to 500 user level? Any alternatives?
Are there plans to add a new user tier (101-250) to the CLOUD pricing scheme as recently made to the SERVER version?
I'm afraid for now if you need more licenses you need to jump to the 101 - 500 level. Also, I don't believe there's anything in our roadmap to add a new user tier.
As a possible alternative, have you consider using JIRA Service Desk? This add-on allows you to have different types of users, and if you have users that won't need to have full access to JIRA (they would be customers in Service Desk), it might be a good choice, as those customers don't count towards your license.
