JIRA CLI export submission date and updated date

Dear Bob,

Hi Bob today I get problem when I'm export Submission date and updated date with JIRA CLI, the problem is :

1. I get value of the field submission date and updated date is different in time create or tim update but for date creation or update is same and my question is why the value different and how to I fix it bob?
   Command :
   jira --action getIssueList --jql "project = SP" --outputFormat "999" --file "C:/TEST1.csv"
   
   Note : 
   But when I'm export manually with JIRA the value same and correct with display in screen JIRA.
