JIRA Bulk Import Issues - Unable to set Organization and Customer Issue Type

Most of our projects are Service Desk, and we bulk create issues on certain of these tickets via CSV import.

In this import we specify the *Organization* as well as the *Customer Issue Type*, hower, although the values are correct, the fields are not filled in after import.  This forces us to then do updates ticket-by-ticket, which can take hours.

*1. Why do we not bulk update?*
Because these projects all have different organizations attached to them, to the point where every 3rd ticket is something else.  It's not really condusive to bulk updating.

I need a solution that make the import work correctly
