JIRA Bamboo Plugin won't enable OnDemand

Matthew Thomas October 21, 2013

Hi, we have recently enabled Bamboo OnDemand within our existing account where we use JIRA and Confluence OnDemand.

We are able to access and use Bamboo OnDemand, perform builds, etc. However, the JIRA Bamboo Plugin appears to be broken preventing Bamboo features from appearing in JIRA, such as "Build and Release".

When I view the "Manage add-ons" page, I see that the JIRA Bamboo Plugin is installed, however it says "0 of 55 modules enabled" and all the items below it are marked as "Disabled" with no apparent way to enable them, screenshot attached.

Any idea what the issue might be? Thanks!JIRA Bamboo Plugin Screenshot

Hi Matthew,

In cases like this, I would recommend creating a Support Issue at https://support.atlassian.com . A Support Engineer will be able to check out your instance directly, read logs and find out what is going on. The Atlassian Answers pages will help you in solving problems due to configurations and getting the most out of Atlassian products.

Cheers!
