JIRA Agile plugin is disabled each morning

Hi , Every morning when we come in the elves seem to have disabled the Agile plugin. It is simply a case of clicking "enable" to reactivate it, but the early birds cannot use it until I stroll in at 9am. Where should I look to figure out why this is happening ?

The solution was to extend the plugin load timeout. The server was restarted overnight, and on reboot the plugin load timeout was not allowing enough time for the agile plugin to start up.

Hi Paul,

Is your application restarted each night or JIRA Agile is being disabled every night without further notice? Also, the instructions to clear plugin cache are these:

• Shut down JIRA
• Delete the following hidden plugin cache directories:

  JIRA_HOME/plugins/.bundled-plugins
  JIRA_HOME/plugins/.osgi-plugins
  

• Restart JIRA (These directories will be recreated on JIRA reboot with new plugin cache)

Hi Benito, just to let you know that we encountered same problem of Paul. Just to let you know that clearing the cache worked it out too.

Agree with Pilar. Check the logs to start with. Also, take a look at the UPM Audit log

Check the logs to see whats happening. 

You can try a few things todebug.

1. Similar isues have been reported with an incompatible UPM. So, check the version of UPM you have and whether it needs upgrading.
2. Check the version of JIRA agile you are running and whether it is compatible with JIRA version.
3. Clear the plugin caches and reboot the server
4. Perform a re-indexing.
