JIRA Agile Wallboard Gadget prompting to Login and Approve even though it is pulling up the dashboar

Hello everyone,

Please see the screenshot attached. 

I am trying to setup one page in confluence wherein I am using Agile Wallboard Gadget Macro. After I sent the link of this page to the users to take a look at the dash board for a Project. After they login they see the Login and Approve window. however if they dont login to confluence and just view the page then they are not prompted for this. 

Also when I tried to hit Login and Approve, it brings me back to the same page to click to Login and Approve again and its like a loop where I keep clicking it.

Is this normal? or is their fix for this?

Any take on this? has anyone seen this happening in their environment?
