JIRA encountered and error while doing an import to the cloud version from backup files. JIRA remains locked with the message: Failed to successfully import JIRA. Both versions were 6.x.
Confluence users are also not able to authenticate, although already connected users have not issues.
How can I roll back JIRA and how do I get it running up again.
