I upgraded a Jira License last week for 100 users, I got a message when I created a Agile project that I have a trial version of Agile.

For what I understood when I upgraded jira was for Agile too.

Could you please help me?

Could you confirm that you are on Cloud? 

Cloud does not have "Agile", it's all JIRA Software, so you're making me suspect you have a server version, with a different licence scheme.
