We recently upgraded our JIRA Server instance from 7.11 to 8.1. After this we found the Pie Chart Dashboard Gadget no longer works to visualise the Tempo Account (Custom field). Although issues have different values in the Account (custom) field, the Pie Chart shows them as 'None':
Using Tempo Timesheets we have a way to track the issues to customers and log time spent on them - since some support cases are billed by time spent.
We use this graph to understand patterns of customer support issues - in this graph only the number of issues (not hours) reported by each customer so we can see which have been the most active.
I've reported the issue to Atlassian, and they confirmed it is a bug:
...but as yet it does not look like a fix is imminent. Feel free to vote for that it you use this feature.
Does anyone know of a work-around for this?
