JIRA 7: Dashboard filter results gadget ignoring columns

Deleted user February 12, 2016

We just upgraded to JIRA 7. Adding the Filter Results gadget to a dashboard works, except that it always displays the default columns. Doesn't matter if owning filter or logged in as project admin, etc. Anybody else seeing this?

Aiy...Figured it out...Sorry me bad.

A colleague of mine had created a CF called Comments. cardinal sin. Blew out this CF and things are back to normal.

Not sure why you have just default columns being loaded....will a project re-index help? Not sure.

We are experiencing kinda sorta this issue.

We cannot for some reason have the gadget display the "comments" field information. I added Status to the list of columns..this works fine....same with assignee...but no luck with comments field.

Interestingly, I cannot get the comments to load up even in the search results screen. The Issues do have a plethora of comments

Any ideas?
