JIRA 5.2: Time tracking showing only blank report (time spent value is always blank)

Hi, I am new to JIRA and trying to get the time tracking report.

I have two queries:

QUERY 1.

I am trying to get the time tracking report. However, after selecting following option, i see a blank grid.

Fix version : No Fix Version
Sorting : Least completed issues first
Issues : All
Sub-Task inclusion : Including all sub-tasks

Here , I see only one option for the 'Fix Version' that is 'No Fix Version'. I'm not sure if this would help but wanted to inform here.

When I click 'Next' to see the report, I see the default table along with issues. However, all values of time tracking fields e.g Original Estimate, Est. Time Remaining, Time Spent and Accuracy are all blank.

Can someone advisewhat should I do to get these values?

QUERY 2.

The reason I got query 1 was, I was trying to show the 'Time Spent' column for the 'Issue Navigator' screen. However, I saw blank values for all of my issues (irrespective of the status e.g. resolved, closed, open etc).

Can you advise how can I get the 'Time Spent' value for 'Issue Navigator'?

I am having the same problem. This used to work just fine, and old issues still have "Time Spent" displayed in the issue filters, but new issues, even when time is logged against them, just have blank Time Spent.
