JIRA 4.4.4 Server Migration - Missing KANBAN Rapid boards after migrating

Hello,

I am currently in the process of doing a server migration for JIRA 4.4.4
We are using Greenhopper 5.8.7 in this instance.

The plugin itself seems to have migrated fine, but any of the pre-existing KANBAN rapid boards are no longer there.

The one thing that I can think of is that during the migration, the backup would get stuck and throw an error in the restore saying it can't import the activeobjects.xml

I have read through some of the JIRA forums and the solution was to take the activeobjects file out of the backup package. This let me get the backup restored. However, it seems like the backup was then missing greenhopper data and I'm not sure if it would have been in this file?

I tried the solution here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRAKB/XML+Import+fails+due+to+Unable+to+find+ActiveObjects+plugin
But the database password already did not have any special characters in it.

Any other suggestions as to how I can save the kanban rapid boards?

Did a direct dump and restore of the database to get the missing tables that weren't imported since the xml backup failed on the activeobjects.xml

Once done, all the missing boards were back :)
