JIRA version 4.4.1 always restart after:

Problem was disappeared after increase heap memory in Confluence.

There doesn't actually appear to be anything wrong here. The log says it's starting. You mention a restart, but there's no sign of that, and you're not telling us what you're doing.

Where is the problem?
