JETI: Service Desk Comment Visibility: Always add internal Comment does not work

as the Quastion says: I want that every E-Mail send and recived from JETI is handled internally, but unfortunately it doesn't work. Every E-Mail still is public when i.e. sending an E-Mail to a third party vie "JETI" and the third party respnse, the response will be public.

Is there any solution for this?
