Hi Andy Brook,

I am trying to change the transition of the workflow from a request to either approved or rejected. I am using JEMH profile to do that. I added the alias 'approved' : 'workflow' = 'approved' and 'rejected' : 'workflow' = 'rejected'. I have  changed the directive to 'on comment' whitelisted the directive and also set the field processor to @ prefix. When I run a test case with the profile It is identifying the issue key. But when I reply to the email with @approved or @rejected It does not change the transition of the issue but it gives a comment in the issue

(i) *Processed by JEMH profile (compute resources, id=10, processorName=AtPrefixedFieldProcessor - @key = value)*

can you please help me out,

Hey there,

What JEMH / JIRA version are you using, does your workflow have an Action called "Rejected" ?

For speedier support, try our main JIRA:
