Recently I responded to a user research that you guys sent us via e-mail.
It was quite nice to take part of it but I forgot to mention one thing (sort of a complaint actually).
I find your e-mails VERY confusing. I'm sure it's possible do make a more user friendly layout. I mean the e-mails sent when a member of a board, for example, moves a task inside the board or comment on it or edit it.
