Hey fellas.
We're currently using JIRA but are starting to set up a Service Desk. The thing is: We have several ongoing tickets and it wouldn't be optimal, if we had to recreate them in service desk.
Now, is it possible to merge existing JIRA Tickets to Service Desk? I know there's the possibility to link issues together, but this doesn't seem optimal.
Is there another chance? Could it be done using this addon?
I'm thankful for every suggestion.
Normally, you should be able to use that add on to merge two issues together. However, if there is a real reason for it to live as 2 separate issues, then you should rely on the Issue Linking feature.
