Issues status set to 'done' but Jira handles as 'not completed'

I put all issues to the column "done" and also their status were set to "done". When I closed the sprint it says, all issues were not completed and I should move them to the next sprint or backlog. Also via board settings I checked that the "set resolution" is active.

Can anyone tell my how to fix that? Thanks!

Hi @Jay Pfeifer , welcome to the community!

Jira will only accept that your issue is 'Done' if it is in the last column of your sprint board when the sprint is ended (this is the 'Done' column, and you can only have one done column per board), so you will need to map your Done status to the final column via the board settings. You may need to map multiple statuses to this column if you have more than one 'done' status.
