Issues showing as 100% complete in Gantt cloud ...

We are just trialing the Gantt cloud and have a few problems:

• newly created issues are showing as 100% complete when assigning work logged - even if it doesn't match the estimate
• issues showing as closed i.e. struck through, even when they aren't
• project issues are not showing in the Gantt, even though there are no circular references.

Please let me know how to resolve these issues. The project reference that we are testing is https://pexsoftware.atlassian.net/browse/FPHA-14

Yes, they are showing as unresolved, I've taken as snapshot of the issue and gantt and they show as in the attached images .

The issue is marked as "Incomplete"
The gantt chart shows 100% complete

Is it possible that the new issues are genuinely resolved?  Could you pick one of the 100% complete / struck through issues, go to the issue view and look at the resolution - does it show as unresolved or something else?
