Issues in some projects cannot be ranked in JIRA Agile

Hello

We have one problem . In two projects when users want to rank a issue within a sprint the following error occures: JIRA Agile cannot execute the rank operation at this time. Other users may be ranking the issues that you are trying to rank. Please try again later.

Users of the projects were earlier (approx. 2 months ago) capable of ranking issues together with together with the fact that the test project I run i am also able to do it. So this has nothing to do with change of user permissions. Can anyone explain to me why it would work for me and not other of our projects? JIRA Agile board version is 6.7.12 if that information is useful. I have tried to both re-index the database and rebalance via the lexirank management screen.

Sorry for taking so long, another collegue got it fixed with the second link https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/unable-to-rank-and-or-balancer-fails-to-complete-due-to-incorrect-database-collation-779158922.html. The collation for the table AO_60DB71_LEXORANK was wrong and was updated with the content of the section "Microsoft SQL Server".
