Issues in Automation Run - duration issue

Hi All! 

I have been monitoring the following automation rules which was pre-created prior to my employment, however this has recently been causing some duplication errors and I believe  this is a result of duration to create the automation rule. 

In most cases, this has never been an issue and duration is usually around 0.30-0.45s max, whereas now that the following issue has occurred duration of creation is around 9.05s, creating duplication of tasks. 

I am assuming there might be a multitude of reasons as to why this occurs however I would like to narrow it down to whether there is a possibility of network issues or any other automation which might be causing this issue. Any tips based on experience on what to look into?

For a question like this, please post an image of your complete automation rule, images of any relevant actions / conditions / branches, an image of the audit log details showing the rule execution, and explain what is not working as expected.  Those will provide context for the community to offer ideas.  Thanks!

Until we see those...

There could be many reasons for a longer rule duration or duplication of issue creation.  The audit log is only partially shown, and seems to indicate there were errors.

When you post your rule and audit log, please try to post them in single images, perhaps with a scrolling image capture.  That will help align where in the rule the errors happened.
