An unregistered user sends email to our jira. An issue is created, but the user's (unregistered) email addres is nowhere to find in the issue.
How can we change this so we can see the user's email address?
JEMH can log a prefix to created messages that identifies the remote user. There is also a more advanced prefix that also allows the additional recipients on the original email to be shown.
