Issue with Jira data center 7.6.0 with postgreSQL

Hi,

 

I have installed jira data center 7.6.0 as shown in https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/installing-jira-data-center-861253059.html in AWS. when i kept cluster.properties file it throwing error in logs as shown below. Can you help me on this.

This page isn’t working

10.155.152.178 is currently unable to handle this request.

Hi Jameer,

I see you have a ticket open with Support and you recently uploaded a Support Zip.  I will watch the ticket and when a solution is found we can circle back and post the solution here in case anyone else runs into this issue.

@somethingblue @jameers was there any resolution to this problem? We are experiencing this issue and we didn't even upgrade. We've been running Jira 7.6 successfully for a while now until today.
