After a ticket is created with Issuetype A, i used bulk operation to change issuetype to issuetype B. What workflow will ticket follow workflow A or workflow B?
It will follow the workflow as instructed by the workflow scheme in the project. That depends entirely on the issue type, not how you created the issue or set the issue type.
