We're facing issues when trying to link jira tickets from certain projects in Zendesk after upgrading Jira from version 8.2.3 to version 8.13.4.
While we updated Jira, the ZenDesk Support for Jira add-on was also upgraded to 3.0.20.
There's no restricted projects in the ZenDesk add-on in Jira and our ZenDesk admins checked from their end and cannot find any restrictions from their end either.
The ZenDesk add-on user got admin rights in all the projects we tried and the user in ZenDesk who try to link the ticket got viewing rights in the projects as well.
We initially suspected that only tickets in a Service Desk project could be linked however, we were able to link tickets from some Software projects. The tickets we're unable to link are both from Service Desk and Software.
Have anyone else experienced this or similar issues? Or anyone might know a solution to fix it?
