Issue indexing gitlab repositories.

Hi

I have recently upgraded JIRA from 6.1 to 6.4.12 version. After the upgrade am seeing issues with gitlab repositories. Few repositories are working fine but for few i see the error. Tried to delete and reclone all the repositories but still see this issue.
