Issue detail view not showing any fields (only greyed out lines)

I have a scrum board and when I click on an issue the pop-up window for the issue detail view is not displaying any fields/data. All I see is a series of grey lines. I am seeing the same problem on a Business Project board I have, when I click on an issue on the board.

I have not changed anything in relation to screen schemes etc.

Any suggestions?

Hi Bart,

There was a documented outage for our Jira Cloud offerings that occurred yesterday.   This is noted in https://status.atlassian.com/

I am curious to see if this problem has been resolved, as the outage was resolved yesterday.   Sorry for the inconvenience here.  I believe that this has been resolved at this point.  If it has not been resolved in your instance please let me know more about your instance and we can investigate this further.
