Issue connecting github Organization with Jira

Hi.

I connected my GitHub Organization with Jira plateform. DVCS accounts connexion works prettry well, but my visible repositories in Jira don't synchronize issue / project / commit on my Jira dashboard.

Someone allready encountred issue like this ?
