Issue Statistics not showing by Epic (NextGen)

Ian Phillips January 7, 2019

Hi

I have a Issue Statistics gadget setup on my Dashboard to show number of Issues against Epic Link.

When I assign a Next Gen project to this, I get None and Irrelevant returned instead of the individual Epic names. I've also tried setting the statistic Type to Epic/Theme but get the same result.

Is this a bug with NextGen or something I'm doing wrong?

Cheers

Ian

Hello @Ian Phillips

Epic link field is currently not fully supported in the next-gen projects.

Thank you @Tarun Sapra I'll watch the tickets and hope it's resolved soon :)

All of those tickets are closed, don't seem to address the initial problem, and the problem is still persisting. We can't create gadgets that use Epic Link or Epic Name as the Statistic Type.

NextGen Epics = Parent, can that be added to the Widget dropdown?

Has there been any resolution here? This seems like extremely standard functionality.

Bump. I really need to be able to view basic story statistics (count, story point estimate) by epic. What is going on here?
