Issue Screen customization

My question is a user should be able to create an issue. But once he opens the issue that he created, the view screen should not display reported, assignee, and date created to the user. But admin can see it. How can it be done?

JIRA does not have "field level security".  But there are some options.

The best options though are:

  1. Use Service Desk.  It sounds like your user is raising service requests rather than issues.
  2. Use Quisapps field security add-on
