Issue Permisions

Hello JIRA Support,

I found in project permisions have a issue permissions (Create Issues, Edit Issues, Schedule Issues, Move Issues, ...) but here I want to limit the rights of the lower for user, group or role.

EX: I have two group dev1 and dev2, both of them to grant Create issues permission. I want to limit group to create issue type.

dev1 can create Epic issue dev2 do not.

dev2 can create story ussue another do not.

Could JIRA Atlassian do that?

I plan to switch to Jira manage my projects, but there are several things to help. Hope to get an answer soon.
