Issue Operations Bar in OnDemand Version

I'm looking to make a change to the Issue Operations Bar as described in this post (

The ultimate goal is to add a CANCEL button for tickets.

Since I'm using the Jira OnDemand version - is this still possible - and if so, how?

I believe this was already answered to you on SAC, right?!

But just for future reference...

This option needs to be configured on the workflow. Once it's there, the option should appear inside the 'Workflow' button. Though, if you wish, you can Customize how transitions appear. However, if you'd like for this button to appear on the screen side by side with the other transition buttons, please let us know (Atlassian Support Engineers) through Atlassian SAC ( because only we (with 'sysadmin' permissions) can make that change.
