Issue Navigator results by Issue, User, Time Logged for Time Tracking

We are trying to track hours logged by person and ticket in JIRA, but in the Issue Navigator View, it groups results by ticket. Is it possible to create a filter and display in the Issue Navigator a pivoted down version, where for example if 2 users logged hours to a issue, the issue would show up in the issue navigator twice, once with each persons name and hours?
