Issue Movement from Board 1 in Project 1 to Board 2 in Project 2

Hi 

Here is my problem statement 

Scenario 

When any issue type in board 1 of Project 1 gets assigned to a specific user say user 1 then 

automatically this should move this issue from board 1 to board 2 in Project 2 

Can you please give me a step by Step automation to achieve this 

I am struggling to perfomr this automation

Based on the information in your question, it is a bit hard to give a detailed path forward. Since you talk about 2 different projects, it certainly doesn't feel like best practice to "move the issue from project 1 to project 2". A much more common scenario would be to create a linked issue in project 2 instead.

This sample rule from the template library more or less does what I described above. The only thing to look into is the rule trigger. The sample rule runs of a status transition from the issue in project 1, where in your case, you could look at an updated assignee instead (although using a transition as a trigger still seems more robust to me):
