Issue History Collector - No value in issue details

Hello,

I have installed this Add-on. Values do appear in the Status/User Statistics Tab.

But when adding a Custom Field, 'Statuses Time Sum Custom Field', it holds no Value.

I expected to see, the amount of time the Status is as is.

Please advise.

The add-on is not working.  I'm afraid that's all you've really shown us, but we don't know what the add-on is, how you've configured it, what it's doing or what (if anything) you found in the log files.
